Flying Tiger (also known as Tiger in Europe) is a successful and rapidly expanding chain of Danish design stores with almost 600 locations across 27 countries.
- Launched the Flying Tiger Copenhagen brand in North America; end-to-end.
- Successfully opened first US store in the Flatiron district of NYC in May 2015- biggest opening in Tiger history, store received much press and acclaim. Store saw 1M customers in first 8 months.
- Responsible for: US strategy, starting up US business, real estate, store design, layout & construction, US operations & store operations, marketing, PR, hiring & training, inventory management, finance, store build-out & merchandising, fixture and technology procurement, etc.
- 2nd US store opened on the Upper East Side of NYC in April of 2016; 3 additional greater NYC stores opened in 2016.
- Impacted Tiger’s global marketing and PR strategy and reach based on US successful strategy and execution in digital, print, social media and television.
- Served as a mentor for new partnerships launching Flying Tiger Copenhagen and Tiger in new markets.

Herman Miller: over the course of 3 years, worked with cross-functional teams to create a strategy to launch Herman Miller for Small Business, a new venture under the Herman Miller umbrella.
AFEX: over the course of three years, led the Executive team to develop an executable business and brand strategy, drafted business plans, led the implementation of a Brand Strategy, acted as interim Global Marketing Director for 6 months, launched an Intranet site, served as an instigator for cultural change to develop a people focused sales culture, led team building seminars, acted as leadership coach, guide and mentor for Executive Team and “high-flyers”.
Vantel Pearls: over the course of 4 years, worked to revamp the business and brand strategy and turn the business around for the direct sales company, including updating the logo, helping them understand their target customer base, changing the catalogue approach, modernizing the catalogue and creating an inspirational lookbook, changing the online experience for customers, developing financial and reporting systems, promoting/hiring, training and mentoring an entirely new executive team, creating a sales culture, leadership coaching, and acting as a confidant and mentor to the CEO.
